No, there are no delivery charges if your minimum purchase is Rs. 999 and above.
However, if your order is less than Rs. 999 then we charge a nominal fee of Rs.25

How do I start Shopping?Back to Top
There are three main ways to shop at Vokav.com
1) Customer helpline: Call us at 8008833321 and our trained executive would take your order.
2) Shop by Aisle: You can browse our entire online store through the virtual "aisles", which are organized similar to the aisles in your local store.
3) Shopping History: All the items that you have purchased online are saved in your order History. You can easily add the items that you want from your order history to your cart.
4) Express List: Enter the names of the products that you want to buy into the express shopping list. Our search feature will find the best matching products for you.
What happens if items that I ordered are unavailable?Back to Top
While we make every effort to completely fulfill your order, there might be few products which would be out of stock. We provide you with the substitute for these items at the time of delivery. If you are not happy with the substitution you can return it to the driver at the time of delivery.

How do I pay for my order?Back to Top
We offer flexible payment options. We accept Cash and Sodexo at the time of delivery and Pay online with Credit cards, Visa and Master card, Debit cards, Internet banking and ITZ Cash card.
Can I return products if I need to?Back to Top
If you feel it is necessary to return an item, we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible. Return of goods should only happen at the time of delivery, please check for the quality of goods before you sign the shipment and, if you are not satisfied with the quality then return it to the delivery person. You have to sign a feedback form when you return the products and please mention the reason for rejection. We do not entertain the return of goods after the shipment is signed and the delivery van is left from your place.

The driver will leave a notification of attempted delivery stating the date and time.
Please contact the customer helpline number on the notification to arrange a second delivery, which will be subject to a delivery charge.
Can I place an order without registering?Back to Top
No, you must register to place an order; however you can still browse the Vokav.com site. Registration is free and there is no obligation to shop after you have registered.
Registration is easy. Simply click on the “SIGN IN / REGISTER” link on the Top right hand side column of the homepage. The registration page will appear, Fill in the appropriate fields and click submit button after completion. All fields with a red asterisks (*) are compulsory.
I did not receive password?Back to Top
Please wait for few minutes so that you will receive a password to your mobile phone. If you did not receive it till now then call our customer helpline number to get a new password.
Can I change the default Password?Back to Top
Yes, once you sign in you can change the default password in “Your personal information” page.
How can I search for a product?Back to Top
There are a number of ways to search for products.
Search Box: Type in the product and click enter.
Browse by Aisles: You can browse our entire online store through the virtual "aisles" to find your desired product.
Multi search: Type all the items as you prepare a shopping list and click find.
My Wish list: You can create your wish list of your favorite products

Vokav grocery store is very interactive and user friendly. To place an order select the items you require and click the add button. After you have selected all your items proceed to checkout.

Continue clicking the plus button '+' to increase the quantity or click the minus button '-' to decrease the quantity until the desired amount is displayed.
How can I make a payment?Back to Top
We accept the following method of payments:
Cash on Delivery, Sodexo on delivery, Visa, Master card, Internet banking and ITZ cash cards.
How do I know that my order confirmed?Back to Top
Once you have checked out and made a payment. You will receive a order number for all the confirmed orders.

You can be totally be confident when you are shopping with Vokav.com. Our payment gateway is Verisign secured and uses latest encryption technology and other methods to protect your credit card information. You need not worry about your credit card information because your bank will authorize the credit card transaction directly without any information passing through us. We do not store your credit card information in our site.

In case if you feel that you need to cancel your order. Please call our customer helpline number and request to cancel it. All orders can be cancelled a day before delivery by 7:00 PM.
